What happens when an order is ready to ship?: GangstaGold will send email notice to customers when orders are being shipped. This email notice will include: date, complete delivery & tracking information.
I need my order quickly or for a special event: We are very sorry but we do not offer RUSH or EXPRESS jewelry services. If an order is needed for a special event, occasion, holiday, etc- it is highly reccomended to order approx and at least, 30 business days in advance.
Why do I have to understand and agree to policies before ordering?: Due to the complicated nature of this business, we have to follow a certain procedure in order to be able to operate in conjunction with our jewelers, suppliers and manufacturers. We also need our customers to understand how orders are processed, how long they take to be processed, etc and so on. We can only function at an efficient level with our customers who have an understanding of the GangstaGold store terms of sale and sale policies. This is a retail business and terms of sale and sale policies are absolutely standard and necessary.
