Online Ordering FAQ & Policies
All credit or debit orders placed online are shipped to the card holders billing address only: Due to very serious increased fraud concerns, we do not ship orders to any address other than the card holder billing address when a credit or debit card is used. Shipping and billing addresses must match. If the shipping and billing do not match, the online order will be cancelled by GangstaGold and or the payment service used. All online orders will be screened, verified and confirmed that billing and shipping addresses match for prevention of fraud before order acceptance and processing. If a customer wants an order to ship to an address that is not the card holders billing address: use mail order, Travelers Express Money Gram, Western Union or Direct Bank Wire Transfer to make the payment and place the order.
All orders placed online through Buy now buttons or payment request emails are subject to verification against fraud: Due to very serious increased fraud concerns, all online orders must pass verification and be confirmed as non-fraudulent orders before GangstaGold will process or ship the order:
- The amount of time it takes for an order to be verified: Within 1-3 business days, upon receipt of an online order, GangstaGold will attempt to contact the card holder to verify the order was placed with their permission and consent.
- If GangstaGold is not able to confirm the purchase with the card holder: the order will be put on file, placed on hold, and will not be processed or shipped until the verification process is attempted again.
- Failure to be able to verify orders with the card holder will cause order processing and shipping delays: GangstaGold will not accept any liability, responsibility or blame if we are not able to verify the order and the order does not process or ship due to lack of verification.
Time frame for order cancellation and refund if deemed necessary: In the case that GangstaGold or the payment service used decides to reject, cancel and refund a transaction placed online due to suspicion of fraud, availability issues, unexpected issues, etc, the customer should note that the actual refund back through the banks will take approx 4- 7 business days. Though GangstaGold and the payment service used may cancel and refund an order at any time, the process for the money to go back through 2checkout.com, to the card issuer bank to the customers account will not be immediate.
- If a customer is concerned about the refund and why it has not shown up on their card account yet: the customer should contact 2checkout.com at 1- 877-294-0273 or other payment service used. Please have the "ORDER ID" available to give to the operator. The customer may also contact the card issuing bank for approximate times in regards to refunds of purchases. The customer should not contact GangstaGold for concerns about a refund already issued by GangstaGold: GangstaGold only processes orders. 2checkout.com, other payment services and the card holders issuing bank are responsible for the handling of the credit or debit card transaction refunds.
GangstaGold only offers Express Mail delivery and NOT Express order processing or shipping: Due to the popularity and demand for our products as well as the fact that we use separate suppliers, jeweler and manufacturers to obtain the items we sell, it is not possible for us to offer Express service for order processing. We only offer Express Mail Delivery service once an order has been processed and is ready to ship. All orders will be processed and shipped under the time frames specified in each category. National holidays, birthdays, special occasion gifts, special events, magazine features, photo shoots, video productions: If the order being placed by the customer is needed for a national holiday, birthday gift, special occasion gift, special event, video or photo shoot, the order must be placed 30 business days in advance. We can not rush orders upon request. Please place orders well in advance for the special dates mentioned above.
Orders placed before, during or immediately after national holidays will experience a slight delay in order processing, shipping and delivery: Unfortunately GangstaGold has absolutely no control when a customer places an order, when a national holiday occurs, when the post office is closed for holidays, when delivery delays may occur before, during and after holidays or when the jewelry companies we work with may take vacation during or after a national holiday. If an order is placed during these times mentioned above, the customer should be aware of slight order processing, shipping and delivery delays that will occur.
Email notification when an order ships out to a customer: When an order is ready to ship to a customer, GangstaGold will send an email notice to the customer confirming the date of shipment and provide a delivery confirmation number that may be used for package tracking. The customer may enter the delivery confirmation number at USPS.com within 24- 72 hours during business days and stay updated by email in regards to the delivery of their package.
- How to use the delivery confirmation number provided by GangstaGold: The customer may enter the delivery confirmation number at USPS.com within 24- 72 hours during business days. Customers may sign up at USPS for automatic email updates in regards to the delivery of their package. Simply follow the prompts at usps.com after entering the delivery confirmation number to use this service.
If a customer has any concerns about the delivery of an item once it has been marked as shipped from GangstaGold: the customer should take the delivery issue to USPS.com or their local post office if further assistance is needed. Once GangstaGold has shipped a package, the delivery process lays in the hands of USPS and they should be contacted by the customer for further assistance. GangstaGold will still continue to help the customer by email support if needed, however the customer is required to take responsibility for the delivery of their package as well and seek assistance from USPS first.
Concerns about the processing of online orders: If a customer would like to know about the status of an order already placed online at GangstaGold, use the Order Status Question form to send questions to GangstaGold for assistance. GangstaGold does not answer customer order status questions on the phone.
