Military SHIPPING FAQ & RATES

For mold impressions, mail orders and anything else that is being sent BY MAIL to GangstaGold from Military Customers: Mail orders sent from Active Miltary Customers are accepted only at our PO Box and not at our office location. We do not allow customers to send orders to our office location or by FED EX or UPS. If a mail order is sent to our PO Box through FED EX or UPS, it will not be picked up and will be returned to sender. FED EX and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. Do not send mail order through these services to GangstaGold. If the mail order must be sent by FED EX, DHL or UPS, please have a loved one or family member ship the package to our PO BOX. Our PO Box mailing address is on the mail order form itself.

SHIPPING RATES: All items at our website that are featured with BUY NOW BUTTONS have the Shipping fee included in the total Buy Now Amount. These rates are for USPS Priority Mail with full insurance.

If a deal price is requested by email or if a price is given by email, we will include the Shipping amount in the email for the customers convenience.





Email notification when a military order ships to customer: When an order is ready to ship to a customer, GangstaGold will send email notice to customer confirming date of shipment on the date of shipment. Military orders are not available with tracking information however they are sent with full insurance.
Allow time for order processing: Upon receipt of an order, GangstaGold will begin processing the order within 1- 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday only & do not include weekends or national holidays. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. In times before, during & after National Holidays, industry events, religious holidays, etc- the order processing time may be delayed an approx 2-3 business days or more.
Estimated time for order processing: The amount of time it will take for an order to be processed and shipped will vary from item to item. See the GangstaGold Sale Policies & the appropriate category for order processing, shipping and delivery time information.
Allow time for for delivery of orders: Once an order has shipped, allow approximately 1- 3 weeks for packages being sent to Military destinations.
Order status Questions: Order status questions are answered by email only. We do not answer order status questions on the phone. Order status means ALL ORDERS and ALL QUESTIONS pertaining to orders placed, orders being processed, orders that have been shipped, etc and so on. The Order Status Question form is located here.
Items allowed to be order Military customers: Everything at this website may be ordered by Military customers.
