ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON MOLD KIT & CUSTOM GOLD TEETH ORDERS
Due to the nature of the custom teeth business, all sales are final once an order has been placed. No refund, exchange or cancellation is allowed upon receipt of payment for a custom teeth order. Placing an order in this section of our website constitutes agreement to this policy.
Order processing time: Once GangstaGold has received the order and the payment in full, we will begin the processing of the order to the gold teeth jeweler within 1-2 business days. Total turn around time on custom teeth orders is approx 5-7 business days on regular sets. Total turn around time on custom teeth orders is approx 5-10 business days on sets with cz or diamond stones. Business days are Monday- Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders which are received before, during or after a National Holiday will experience an additional 1-3 business day delay. When a gold teeth order is ready to ship to the customer, GangstaGold will send email notice of shipment to the customer which will include complete delivery and tracking information.
Order status Questions: Order status questions are answered by email only. We do not answer order status questions on the phone. Order status means ALL ORDERS and ALL QUESTIONS pertaining to orders placed, orders being processed, orders that have been shipped, etc and so on. The Order Status Question form is located here.
Shipping time: We offer Insured Registered, Express or Priority Mail Services through USPS for delivery services. Email us & request shipping option reccomended.
National Holidays, gifts, special occasions and events: In order to avoid delays, orders for occasions listed above are to be placed a minimum of 30 days in advance.
Important Shipping and Delivery Disclosure: USPS is responsible for delivery of packages and GangstaGold is responsible for the procesessing of orders. All orders shipped to customers will require a signature upon delivery. However not all of the packages are available with tracking services.
Tracking Number & Physical Delivery: When an order is ready to ship, we will sentd email notification to the customer. Customers may then use the Express mail, Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation or the Insured mail number provided in the email at USPS. If the package can not be tracked online, the customer should contact their local postal service and request assistance with the NUMBER provided in the email. If a customer has any concerns about the actual physical delivery of the package, they should contact their local mail carrier for assistance, not GangstaGold as we are no longer in physical possession of the package.
Lost or stolen deliveries: If an order is lost, stolen or fraudulently received once it has shipped from GangstaGold to the customer, a formal insurance claim will have to be filed with USPS. Insurance claims filed with USPS will take approx 30 days to be processed. GangstaGold only issues refunds for lost, stolen and fraudulently received orders if USPS issues the refund after the investigation is complete. We ship all packages with some type of signature confirmation and insurance.
Under 18 years old: If the customer is under 18 years old, the parents are to sign in the comments area of website and provide a telephone number.
Re-do Fit:: In the rare case gold teeth are received and there is a fitting issue, we will allow one free re-do on fit with a shipping fee and office costs of $40. The customer is to send the original mold, teeth and re-do fit mail order form back to GangstaGold within 48 hours. The jeweler will not accept teeth back if they are not sent in within 48 hoursys. The teeth can not be worn or used.
Time Limit On Order: I understand the custom teeth jeweler, will in most cases, finish a putty molds into a labstone mold and that I may confirm this with GangstaGold before sending in my order. However, I understand that if I have any problems sending in an acceptable putty or a required finished labstone mold and the jeweler is not able to "finish or use" the mold, I have 30 days to make and send a suitable mold to GangstaGold. I understand the final acceptable mold impression is my responsibility and I agree to follow through in the time frames stated above. I understand that if there are any issues with my mold and I do not send an acceptable mold to GangstaGold within 30 days, GangstaGold reserves the right to cancel the order and to not provide any product, service, subsutitute or exchange. Payment will be returned by GangstaGold to sender within 90 business days minus a $50 cancellation service fee plus any applicable shipping fees.
Warranty & Customer Responsibility: Custom teeth will be designed to last a lifetime, however can only assume responsibility for custom teeth in our possession. Once a custom teeth order is received by a customer, we can not assume to know how they are caring for, using or treating their custom teeth. GangstaGold reserves the right to not assume responsibilty for merchandise no longer in our possession. Meaning: we do not guarantee breakage, missing stones, or any other damage caused to the jewelry by the person wearing it.
Unexpected Issue: In the case the gold teeth are received and have failed inspection or are made incorrectly, we reserve the right to send the teeth back to the jeweler for correction. Teeth that are received by the customer and are not received as ordered, must be postmarked and sent back within 3 business days along with the mold impression and the gold teeth re-do mail order form. The jeweler will not accept teeth back that are not sent in within 3 business days. The teeth can not be worn or used.
Gold Spot Market Price Disclosure: We make every effort to provide beautiful, hard to find genuine diamond jewelry, custom jewelry and gifts at a very competitive price. If the precious metal market price goes over $699 per ounce or if the suppliers increase their prices to us, our online prices may be effected. We reserve the right to change pricing- please see IMPORTANT NOTICES>>. If this should ever occur, the customer will be contacted for authorization to proceed with their order at the new price.
Legal Disputes: If it is necessary for GangstaGold.com, the customer, or the service which the customer is using to make payment through, to employ an attorney or incur any additional costs to collect this income, or in the event of any written or verbal dispute, all costs are paid for by the customer, not by GangstaGold.com, the manufacturer of the item or the payment processor used.
We reserve the right to correct any and all errors, typos, mistakes and omissions. Store policies, terms and prices are subject to change and with notice or without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
