All Sales are FINAL on Custom MULTI FINGER RINGS sold at this website: Due to the nature of the custom jewelry business, all sales are final once an order has been placed. All custom multi finger rings advertised at this website are special ordered for each individual customers design, name, size, other customization, etc. Once an order is placed with the custom jewelry supplier, it cannot be cancelled and is not returnable. No refund, exchange or cancellation is allowed upon receipt of payment for a custom multi finger ring order. There are no refunds. Placing an order in this section of our website constitutes agreement to this policy.
Custom multi finger ring orders will only be processed by GangstaGold to the custom jeweler upon receipt of:
*Order Verification: Upon receipt of payment made ONLINE WITH A DEBIT & CREDIT CARD, it will take approx 1-2 business days for the order to be verified as non-fraudulent. Business days are Monday through Friday ONLY and do NOT include weekends or national holidays. There-after the order will be processed to the supplier within 1-2 business days additional.
Billing & shipping address must match for online credit or debit cards orders: The billing and shipping information provided by the customer must match what the bank or credit card company has on file. Any variance will delay or void an order. Shipping to card holder billing address ONLY. Due to very serious fraud concerns, we only ship orders to the card holders billing address.
*Payment deposit verification: Upon receipt of payment through any other available payment option at GangstaGold, it will take approx 1-3 business days for the payment to be deposited into our account and for the payment to clear. Business days are Monday through Friday ONLY and do NOT include weekends or national holidays. Once the payment has deposited and cleared, the order will be processed to the supplier within 1-2 business days additional.
Order processing time & notification of shipment: Custom multi finger ring orders will take approx 7-15 business days to be made once the order has been processed to the jeweler. Business days are Monday through Friday ONLY and do NOT include weekends or national holidays. When an order is ready to ship out to a customer, we will send notice of shipment by email to the customer along with complete tracking information. In times before, during and after National Holidays, industry events, religious holidays, etc- the order processing time may be delayed an approx 2-3 business days or more.
Order status Questions: Order status questions are answered by email only. We do not answer order status questions on the phone. Order status means ALL ORDERS and ALL QUESTIONS pertaining to orders placed, orders being processed, orders that have been shipped, etc and so on. The Order Status Question form is located here.
Shipping time: We offer Insured Registered, Express or Priority Mail Services through USPS for delivery services. Email us & request shipping option reccomended.
National Holidays, gifts, special occasions and events: In order to avoid delays, orders for occasions listed above are to be placed a minimum of 30 days in advance.
Important Shipping and Delivery Disclosure: USPS is responsible for delivery of packages and GangstaGold is responsible for the procesessing of orders. All orders shipped to customers will require a signature upon delivery. However not all of the packages are available with tracking services.
Tracking Number & Physical Delivery: When an order is ready to ship, we will sentd email notification to the customer. Customers may then use the Express mail, Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation or the Insured mail number provided in the email at USPS. If the package can not be tracked online, the customer should contact their local postal service and request assistance with the NUMBER provided in the email. If a customer has any concerns about the actual physical delivery of the package, they should contact their local mail carrier for assistance, not GangstaGold as we are no longer in physical possession of the package.
Lost or stolen deliveries: If an order is lost, stolen or fraudulently received once it has shipped from GangstaGold to the customer, a formal insurance claim will have to be filed with USPS. Insurance claims filed with USPS will take approx 30 days to be processed. GangstaGold only issues refunds for lost, stolen and fraudulently received orders if USPS issues the refund after the investigation is complete. We ship all packages with some type of signature confirmation and insurance.
Unexpected Issues: If an unexpected issue occurs during the processing of an order, we reserve the right to take the steps and time necessary to follow through to resolve the issue. An unexpected issue could be something such as: missed deliveries, wrong item received from supplier, item failed GangstaGold inspection, national holidays, etc. If an unexpected issue occurs, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and take the steps necessary to resolve & correct the unexpected issue.
Order Incorrect: If an an order is received by customer and there is an error such as: mispelling, wrong size, wrong item, etc, the customer is to return the item PRIORITY MAIL WITH INSURANCE within 3 business days. We are happy to correct any error with an order however the returned item must be sent back promptly. We reserve the right to not correct errors or pick up returned packages that are not sent back within the 3 business day time frame stated above. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS STATED POLICY.
Merchandise availability issues: Customers are to understand, agree and accept before placing a jewelry order in the Multi Finger Ring Section of this website, that GangstaGold has no control over delays caused by merchandise availability issues with our supplier. If the item is out of stock with our supplier and needs to be special ordered, the delay could be from approx 1 -3 weeks. In case of an availability issue, we will notify the customer of this within 3-5 business days and give the option to:
1. Wait the approx 1- 3 weeks for the special order
2. Choose another item as a substiute
3. Cancel the order and issue a full refund
Gram Weights, Diamond Carats & Dimensions: All gram, carat weights and product dimensions shown at the Gangstagold website are approximate only. We do our very best to measure and weigh items exactly however due to manufacturing issues when any item is actually being made, we can only give approximate sizes, carat and gram weights. If there is any difference in gram, carat weight or dimensions, it will be minimal and in most cases is exactly as shown. We reserve the right to not be responsible for slight differences in gram, carat weights or dimensions.
Product Breakage/ Damage Warranty: All merchandise offered at GangstaGold is purchased brand new from the manufacturer or custom made by the jeweler or manufacturer and shipped in this condition to the customer. Each item is inspected before shipment for any damage or flaws. We do not send out broken, used or flawed items. When an order is received by a customer, it will be in brand new, flawless condition. If a flaw is noticed or the item does not pass our inspection, we reserve the right to return the item to the supplier and request a new piece.
Customers responsibility: Once GangstaGold ships an order to a customer, we can not assume how it is being used or cared for. It is the customers responsibilty to wear and care for their jewelry properly. GangstaGold reserves the right to refuse responsibilty for merchandise no longer in our possession. Meaning: we do not guarantee breakage, missing stones, or any other damage caused to the jewelry by the person wearing it. If a customer buys jewelry from us and breaks it, we will not be held responsible or liable.
Gold Spot Market Price Disclosure: We make every effort to provide beautiful, hard to find genuine diamond jewelry, custom jewelry and gifts at a very competitive price. If the precious metal market price goes over $699 per ounce or if the suppliers increase their prices to us, our online prices may be effected. We reserve the right to change pricing- please see IMPORTANT NOTICES>>. If this should ever occur, the customer will be contacted for authorization to proceed with their order at the new price.
Legal Disputes: If it is necessary for GangstaGold.com, the customer, or the service which the customer is using to make payment through, to employ an attorney or incur any additional costs to collect this income, or in the event of any written or verbal dispute, all costs are paid for by the customer, not by GangstaGold.com, the manufacturer of the item or the payment processor used.
We reserve the right to correct any and all errors, typos, mistakes and omissions. Store policies, terms and prices are subject to change and with notice or without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
