What kind of custom teeth are sold at GangstaGold?: At GangstaGold, we offer only genuine, old school, custom removable teeth grills. We DO NOT offer any type of "Instant or One Size Fits all grills". Our custom teeth grills are guaranteed to be made only of either genuine dental sterling silver, 10kt, 14kt, 18kt, 22kt yellow, white or rose gold and palladium.
How do I get my teeth fitted for a custom grill?: Our custom teeth grills are made to fit each persons teeth individually by a mold impression the customer sends us of their teeth. A visitor may order a kit from GangstaGold or send in their own putty or labstone mold impression. We do not take mold impressions for customers at anytime.
Can I send in a mold impression from another supplier, one made by a dentist or from a past grill?: Yes we do accept all the kinds of mold impressions mentioned above. A visitor does not have to buy the mold impression kit from GangstaGold if they have one allready.
Can I put a set on layaway or make payments on a custom teeth grill?: YES. Click here to find out more about our 2, 3 and 4 week layaway payment plans for gold teeth.
Can I pay online with a debit or credit card for my custom teeth grill?: No & Yes We are very sorry but due to serious fraud and payment chargeback concerns, we do not allow direct online credit or debit card payments for custom teeth grills. A debit or credit card may be used through online services such as: Western Union SEND MONEY, Travelers Express MONEY GRAM or Direct BANK WIRE TRANSFER.
How long will it take to get the golds back?: Upon receipt of mold impression, payment and gold teeth mail order form, it will take us approx 4-6 business days on regular sets without stones and approx 5- 7 business days for sets with cz or diamond stonework. Business days are Monday- Friday and DO NOT INCLUDE weekends or National Holidays.
Do you offer same day or next day service for teeth grills?: NO. We do not offer rush processing on any gold teeth orders.
Is there a catalog, brochure or flyer available by postal mail so I can choose my own style?: NO. We consider our gold teeth gallery online to be our only available catalog. We do not offer any printed materials with our teeth designs by postal mail.
Does GangstaGold have a public store location where I can get fitted for my teeth?: GangstaGold no longer maintains a physical store location in Nashville, TN. We operate our online store from a private office that is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
Is there a state sale tax charged on teeth grills?: YES & NO. Customers located in the state of Tennessee who make payment to GangstaGold within the state of Tennessee, are liable to pay the state sales tax of 9.25% on their removable teeth grill orders. Customers from other states and countries are not required to pay the state sales tax of any kind.
Does GangstaGold offer custom teeth grills at wholesale prices?: GangstaGold is a RETAIL COMPANY by trade and not a wholesale or manufacturing company. Is it possible to trade services i.e.; website design, marketing, advertising, promotion, etc for a custom designed item?: NO. We are not interested to to exchange any type of jewelry with visitors for unsolicited services. Don't ask, we will refuse and cease communication.
There are companies who will take 30 grams scrap gold and make a free custom gold teeth grill, why won't GangstaGold do it?: 30 grams? That's robbery! A set of 6 teeth 10kt- 14kt weighs approx 5-6 grams maximum. So a top and bottom set of custom fitted gold teeth grill weighs maximum 10- 11 grams. What happens to the other 20 grams of gold? That's alot of gold and alot of lost money to just giveaway to get a so-called FREE GOLD TEETH GRILL. Ultimately the FREE GOLD TEETH are not free at all. Not if you lose an entire 20 grams of gold. Don't get played by so called FREE GOLD TEETH GRILL STORES, do yourself a favor, take your scrap to the pawn shop, get paid what you should on your scrap gold and invest in a real custom gold teeth grill made from plumb (virgin) gold mixed with dental alloy.

What kind of warranty/ guarantee do the custom teeth come with?: We guarantee our products to be made of genuine gold, sterling silver and palladium and may be tested as such. Custom teeth will be designed to last a lifetime, however can only assume responsibility for custom teeth in our possession. Once a custom teeth order is received by a customer, we can not assume to know how they are caring for, using or treating their custom teeth. GangstaGold reserves the right to not assume responsibilty for merchandise no longer in our possession. Meaning: we do not guarantee breakage, missing stones, or any other damage caused to the jewelry by the person wearing it.
What happens if there is a problem with the fitting of my grill once I receive it back?: In 99.9% of gold teeth orders, we come through with a perfect fit. We don't want a fitting problem to occur. If the mold impression is deemed by the jeweler to be: BAD, POOR, QUESTIONABLE or UNAACEPTABLE, we will notify the customer within 1 business day and reccomend the next step. If for any reason a set of custom teeth is recieved and there is ANY PROBLEM with the fitting of the grill (re; too loose or too tight), we are happy to assist the customer and re-do the fit. The customer is to return the grill, the original mold postmarked within 48 hours and a $40 re-processing fee to cover shipping and office costs. An email should be sent to GangstaGold explaining the reason for the return.
What's the difference between single removable teeth caps and a custom teeth grill?: We sell both types of teeth at this website. Single Removable Teeth Caps are NOT: custom made and are only available in 3 pre-designed sizes and styles. Custom Removable Teeth Grills ARE: custom made to fit a person individually by their mold impression and are available in a vast variety of custom and pre-designed styles.
Can I order a single custom teeth or 2 single fang teeth?: We DO NOT SELL ANY SINGLE custom removable teeth We have a minimum order of at least 2 teeth side by side. Or 2 seperate teeth with a back connecting bar. Back connecting bars are required for all custom grills that have any seperate teeth. Single custom removable teeth will not "snap" or stay in without some type of dental adhesive, they could be easily swallowed, lost, etc and we consider it a liability to sell single custom teeth not connected with a back or front bar.
I am missing a tooth or several teeth, can I still order a grill?: YES & NO. A grill can be made in this case, as long as the missing tooth is not the last tooth of the grill. Example of YES: 6 teeth desired and the customer is missing one of the front teeth. Example of NO: 6 teeth desired and the customer is missing one of the fang teeth- there is nothing for the grill to grip on. In this case, the customer would need to order 7 - 8 teeth and go behind the fang tooth.
I have other dental issues, rotting tooth, chipped tooth, a whole bunch of missing teeth, can I order a grill and use it like teeth instead of going to the dentist?: NO. Custom removable teeth grills are for DECORATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Teeth grills should not be used to cover up major dental problems or used as a substitute for dental care.
I have a dog and I want to get a gold tooth or a custom set made for my canine: We are very sorry but we feel it is abusive and is most definetly a violation of animal rights to fit a canine or any other animal with a custom tooth or a custom grill. If a canine or animal is having medical issues due to a dental problem, we reccomend the animals owner seek immediate veternarian assistance.
I want to get a custom set of gold teeth for my baby daughter or baby boy or pre-teenager: We do not reccomend fitting a childs teeth for a custom grill as their baby teeth will eventually fall out and the grill will not fit the new teeth that grow in. We do however suggest using temporary single, removable sterling silver teeth caps applied with a good amount of dental adhesive for non- extended use on chiildren and pre-teenagers.
Can I send in my own golds or jewelry and have them melted down to make a new set?: NO. Our custom gold teeth jewelers will only use their own companies precious metals & WILL NOT MELT DOWN existing grills or jewelry to make a new set. We only make new sets with our own materials.
Can I send in my own stones and have the custom teeth jeweler use them in my new set?: NO. Our custom gold teeth jewelers will only use their own companies diamond and cubic zirconia stones & WILL NOT REMOVE stones from existing grills or jewelry to add to a set. Our jewelers will also not accept bulk stones sent in from customers for setting into teeth.
Can a permanent style be made by GangstaGold that my dentist can cement in?: NO. GangstaGold is a removable teeth company by trade. We only offer and make custom removable teeth grills which CAN NOT BE USED TO BE CEMENTED IN FOR PERMANENT TEETH PURPOSES.
Can I order 24kt gold custom removable teeth?: NO. 24kt gold is too soft and too orange for the gold teeth process. The highest karat of gold we offer is 22kt yellow gold. We do not offer 22kt white gold. Highest karat of white gold available is in 18kt.
Why can't I order pure platinum teeth and why do you offer palladium instead?: Pure platinum is known to cause mouth reactions and allergies and is NOT RECCOMENDED for decorational teeth purposes. Palladium is safer and easier on the teeth without the possible allergic reactions.
Can a custom grill be worn over a denture, braces, other exisiting dental work, etc?: NO. We DO NOT make custom removable teeth grills for visitors who have existing dental work in their mouth that could possibly be damaged by the removable teeth grill.
My own golds got stepped on & were crushed or ran over by a car. Can I send them in and have them fixed?: NO. We will not repair grills that are involved in accidents.
Do you offer any other repair services for custom removable teeth grills?: NO. We do not offer repair services for damaged grills.
I saw a set of teeth at another store with diamond or cz stones and I want GangstaGold to make it: YES & NO. Yes, our custom jewelers will make most any type of diamond cut, solid or open face style whether it is shown at the GangstaGold store online or at another store. However, our custom gold teeth jewelers MAY NOT BE WILLING to duplicate styles shown at other store on and offline. Visitors may send price requests for styles not shown at this website however they should be aware: the price may not be as competitive and the answer might not always be yes.
I've been casted to play JACK SPARROW from Pirates of the Carribean and I need to get fitted for a set of Jack Sparrow gold teeth: We have completed many orders for these types of requests. The basic design is 5 teeth total with a back bar connecting 3-4 teeth. Average cost is approx $160+ plus mold kit and shipping. For a more economic solution, we reccomend single, removable sterling silver teeth caps applied with dental adhesive for extra hold.
Can you show me other examples of teeth not shown in the gold teeth gallery?: NO. The images shown in our gold teeth gallery online are the only images we have available for viewing.
What is the best way to clean and care for my custom teeth?: Custom teeth are meant to be used for decorational purposes only and are not meant for dental purposes. We reccomend that customers treat and care for their grill as the piece of jewelry it is. Custom teeth should be cleaned only when needed and the correct liquid jewelry cleaners or jewelers cloth should be used everytime: It is perfectly fine to use liquid jewelry cleaners to clean custom teeth when needed. However it is extremely important that the instructions on the cleaners are read, understood and followed. There are very strong chemicals in all liquid jewelry cleaners and jewelers cloths. If they are not used properly and exactly as instructed, it could cause possible damage to the teeth. If instructions are followed when cleaning custom teeth, there will be no damage caused to the teeth ever. Never, ever clean custom teeth with any cleaner that is not made specifically to clean jewelry: No matter what anyone has been told, said or heard, custom teeth should never ever be cleaned with anything besides products made exclusively for cleaning jewelry. Meaning: Do not ever use toothpaste, bleach, window cleaner, lemon juice, etc. If any cleaning product is used that is not made to specifically clean jewelry, there is great risk and chance that the incorrect cleaner used will possibly dull or damage the custom teeth.
What about smoking and eating?: We reccomend that customers treat and care for their grill as the piece of jewelry it is. Meaning: If you would not pour soda, ketchup or blow smoke continuously on your gold chains, rings, medallions and earrings, why would you do it to your gold teeth? Gold teeth are classified as jewelry as well and should be treated as such. Additionally custom teeth are not meant to be used for dental purposes so chewing on a steak bone or anything extremely hard is not reccomended. Custom teeth are made to wear as decoration only and should not be treated or used in a fashion that could cause damage to the teeth.
