In many cases, we may request a drawing, sketch or image of a custom design if the design requested is not allready shown at the GangstaGold website.

Do not send images, documents or attachments until a reply from GangstaGold is received. Please send the custom price request details first, wait for a reply from GangstaGold, then send the image file. JPG & GIF Formats ONLY.

All custom jewelry price requests are handled by email price request only. We are very sorry but we do not price custom designs on the phone. Please submit any special instructions in a simplified manner to avoid delays, errors or confusion in the pricing process.

Note: A realistic budget for any kind of custom jewelry is at least $600 or more in 10kt gold & approx $450 or more for sterling silver. The larger the size in dimensions, the higher the price will be. If stones are desired, the price will increase. See examples below for prices in 10kt gold & take it into consideration before sending a custom request.

If a visitor cannot follow the BUDGET GUIDELINES above, we ask them respectfully to refrain from sending their request. We will not reply to email sent by visitors who purposely send requests where the budget is not realistic for what they are requesting. Example: 10kt gold 3" by 2" BUDGET: $400- this won't work. We really don't like to feel or sound so annoyed, however some visitors continue to send requests for prices without reviewing, following or respecting the stated pricing guidelines. We don't get paid to work on custom jewelry price requests and we spend alot of FREE- UNPAID time offering this courtesy service to our visitors. Simply put- we don't have the time to afford to visitors who do not read and understand the guidelines stated at this website.

We will take anyone seriously who will take us seriously

Some visitors have even had the audacity to ask for things like "throw in a free chain and I'll buy" or haggle on a custom jewelry price received. We are certainly offended if anyone thinks we owe them anything but a very fair price or that we get one gram or one stone for free & that we can afford to "throw in free things" or go lower on our prices. We will reserve our right to refuse customer service and cease communication with the visitor if this occurs.
