How to make payment & place order
for a Custom Jewelry Design
Ready to Order?

If a visitor has requested and received a price for a custom item and is ready to make payment and place the order, they should follow the 3 Step Instructions that are listed below.
Step 2:Send Final Finished Copy

*Send GangstaGold one final finished copy of the custom design with complete details: This is the most critical part of the order and the customer should take their time preparing the Final Copy of the design. This is the customers design and it is the customers responsibility to include complete details in the Final Copy.
To send the final finished copy: Highlight, copy, paste and FILL -OUT the list on right side of box   then paste again and send in an email to GangstaGold

Alternatively, the customer may click on the RTF linked image to the right and send to GangstaGold copied into an email or as a file attachment.

Step 3: Fill Out, Sign & Send Agreement

*Fill out in full, date and sign the Custom Jewelry Order Agreeement, click here.

NOTE: We will not process orders to the custom jeweler for custom orders until we are in receipt of the ORDER AGREEMENT & until the FINAL COPY has been agreed to by email.

What happens next?

Once the customer has sent the:
Payment (See above- Step 1)
Final finished copy
Order agreement

GangstaGold will begin the processing of the order with time frames stated under Custom Jewelry Sale Policy located here

The amount of time it will take for an order to be processed entirely will be approx 10- 15 business days. Monday through Friday only and not including weekends or national holidays.

Once GangstaGold has received the final finished copy of the custom design from the customer, we will prepare a duplicate FINAL COPY and send this back to the customer for agreement by email. If any changes are to be made to the custom design- they should be made at this time.
